Parents: 

A few questions have come up during Declarations for our first "Red and Black" inter-squad meet this Thursday.

1.  When Declaring your swimmer, Swimtopia may state that they are "Connected to USA swimming but Not in Good standing".  Please ignore it, as this is an issue between USA swimming and SwimTopia  All Club swimmers registered and swimming on the Otters 2025 team are in Good Standing! Please proceed with your Declarations for Thursdays Meet.

2.  If your swimmer is new to the team they will get an error that says that they need to get Coaches approval before declaring for the meet. If you are unsure if they can correctly swim Breaststroke and Fly please do not declare them for these two strokes for this first meet.  Let the coaches evaluate them this week during practice. Feel free to enter your swimmer in Freestyle and/or Backstroke. Adjustments can be made at Wednesday's practice if necessary.
