Hi Otter Families,

Summer is on the horizon and the Otters wanted to inform you of some important dates .

2024 Registration:

Team registration will begin on March 1st so please be on the lookout for an email with detailed information and instructions. We plan to send registration information out via email, post it on the team Facebook page and add an announcement to the Thousand Oaks Facebook page.

Key registration dates:

• March 1 - Registration open to all returning families with returning and or new swimmers
• March 22 - Registration opens for Thousand Oaks families new to the Otters
• March 29 - Registration opens for non-Thousand Oaks families new to the Otters

Athlete Coaches:

Please be on the lookout for a job posting (via email, team Facebook page and on our new website) for our athlete coach positions. We expect to start the process of interviews by the start of March. Athlete coach positions are open to swimmers that have completed their freshman year of high school by the summer swim season.

Summer Timeline:

• May 28th - First practice, in the pool.(Tentative on snow days)
• June/July - Meet days will follow on a separate email
• July 22-24 - Northland Swim Conference (rain date the 25th)

More information will follow about each individual item, I just wanted to make sure you are able to plan.
